Belvedere Peace Garden Summer Update 🌿
|
|
|
|
|
Summer is in full swing at the Belvedere Peace Garden, and the garden is thriving! After the refreshing rain, the soil is full of life, making it the perfect time for one of our favorite seasonal milestones—garlic harvest.
As we gather this year's beautiful garlic crop, we are also preparing the garden for its next chapter. The beds that nurtured our garlic will soon be planted with winter squash, along with a variety of late-summer vegetables that will continue to provide an abundant harvest in the months ahead.
The changing seasons remind us that gardening is a continual cycle of planting, tending, harvesting, and preparing for new growth. Each task, no matter how small, is an opportunity to care for creation and offer our love and devotion to our Heavenly Parent by cultivating beauty, life, and harmony.
There is still plenty to do this summer! We invite everyone to join us at the Belvedere Peace Garden after Sunday service. Whether you're an experienced gardener or trying it for the first time, your helping hands are always welcome. Current projects include:
- Harvesting garlic
- Preparing garden beds for winter squash
- Planting late-summer vegetables
- Cleaning and maintaining the garden
- Starting seeds in pots for future transplanting
We hope you'll stop by after Sunday service, enjoy the beauty of the garden, and be part of this season of growth and abundance.

Dear BFC Family,
We’d like to share a special testimony from a former Belvedere member who created a video sharing his experience and reflections connected to Tiger Park.
